Warranty and Returns

RockSpring Nets warrants its landing nets to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer or purchaser with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover alterations or damage caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear, nor net replacement. Any alterations, including net replacement voids any prescribed maximum weight claims or guarantees. If you believe your RockSpring Net has a defect you can contact RockSpring Nets via Contact page. RockSpring Nets must authorize the return, prior to you shipping the landing net. All shipping and insurance costs will be borne by you and are your responsibility. RockSpring Nets will provide a one-time repair, replace or refund the landing net, at their sole discretion, without further cost to you.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return the landing net from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, the landing net must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your landing net needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your net. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prior to shipping, you must contact RockSpring Nets via the Contact page to receive authorization. RockSpring Nets will provide you with the return address. Once the net is received, inspected and found to be in new condition, RockSpring Nets will issue a refund. If the net is found to not be in like new condition, the net will be returned to you and no refund will be authorized.
